The company was founded in Gardone Val Trompia by Giovanni Gamba in 1950, who had already worked after the Second World War at the highest levels worldwide in the production of hunting and target-shooting shotguns. His awareness of technological and practical problems concerning production processes enabled him to successfully enter the used machine tool market, by fully grasping the needs of the end users.

Still today the company, led by Guido and Tommaso Gamba, has this as its core business: production problem awareness, reliability, precision and punctuality, key features that also enabled them to succeed in the arms industry.
